Enter Wildwood Resort Fishing Contest

Every year from Fishing Opener to the end of October we hold the annual Wildwood Fishing Contest.  Entries for walleye, northern, largemouth bass and bluegill are recorded and prizes awarded for the biggest fish (based on weight) in each category.  We also hold random drawings that include all entries for the season.

2007 Contest Winners


Kevin shares top honors in the Bluegill Division with his 15.5 oz bluegill caught in early June.


Vikki carries on the family tradition by winning the walleye division with this 5 lb 14 oz walleye in mid-June.


Bill shares the winner's circle in the Bluegill division with this 15.5 oz fish caught in mid-June.


Gavin's 3 lb 9 oz bass entry was the pick in the CPR Division random drawing.


Travis won the northern division with his August entry weighing in at 10 lb 4.5 oz.


Steve shares bragging rights with Bill and Kevin for the biggest bluegill caught this year.
